He is an old dog,as i said needs a dental very dirty and matted ,obviously been neglected .They are asking for a donation only for him,but who is going to take him ,as obviously with his tooth sticking out does"nt look very appealing to any body.im not sure how long they keep them after they have done there 7 days, which he has, they keep them for a little while after, but how long who knows.I would take him myself, but fear the dental cost as every other passer by probably will. That:s why i appealed on here hoping a charity could help him. They don"t show any dogs on there web site, you have to go.there contact number is 01782 304130

Chris, did you have any luck on this yorkie? The history of that dog centre is not good - has there been any change of managment?? Wish we were nearer.

This little boy hasn't finished serving his 7 days until the weekend so nothing can be done before then. They have agreed that he can come to us at the weekend so we just need a foster space for him?

Sounds v. urgent - could "sooty" be authorised to collect the dog on LDR's behalf so she doesn't have to pay a fee. I think she might look after him until a foster home could be arranged and if vet's bills were paid. If it wasn't such a long journey for an old sick dog I'd have him here as we have isolation facilities.

sorry i have not had chance to put a proper post up yet about this little man, i brought him out of stoke dog pound yesterday, clearly feeling poorly,so it was straight to the vets, for some antibiotics,he did"nt have a very good night,so back to the vets this am,just to confirm everything was ok.he is a very cheekie and considering the appalling state he was in a very happy, positive, chap, and just wants to love every body and be loved by every body, i will post some photo"s shortly, when iv worked out how.
