I read in a dog paper that 43% of dogs in rescues now are staffies/bullbreeds. So sad, it will be a great day for them when they go out of fashion. But wonder what the next poor breed will be that the morons want to claim.

Why feature our mums...because they symbolise everything wrong in our society. Owners have choosen to breed from them and dump them. Poppy below is the one exception on our books. She is living with another bitch where the relationship is tenuous as often happens with 2 bitches living together. So we as a rescue will often come forwards for an obvious ex breeding bitch because our hearts scream out no! we can't tolerate your exploitation..you deserve to be taken off the breeding chain and have the love and care we 'hope' your offspring have. You should not be the one to die in a pound as a discard. All our mums that are looking for a home and available for adoption can be found on this link: rescueremedies.myfastforum.org/about2890.html

It's a shame that you only require fosterers nr Gatwick area. I realise it's mainly due to logistics but it does limit you.

Well these dogs are ready and waiting to do just that - they’ve reared their pups and now would very much like homes of their own!
